Club Runs re-commenced post COVID 19, 7 June 2020

Updated: Nov 28, 2021

Captains Corner

Hi to our members. Instead of a way back the committee is working on how to kick start the Club.

So, the BSA run in June will go ahead under strict covid 19 regulations. This means that all riders attending must keep 1.5 metres apart at gatherings, or for those who are not sure about distances a bike length will do it.

When gathering at the CCC car park, if more than 10 riders attend you will need to be split into 2 groups. For example: 11 riders attend so they can be split up into 2 smaller groups e.g.6 and 5.

Importantly, can you please make sure that you have a significant distance between both groups whilst not on your bikes. Possibly, each group could locate each side of the car park so it is quite clear to any public observing the gathering that we are maintaining the rules.

This procedure should also occur when stopping for morning tea, and I am sure Rob and Dave will pick a stop that has this capability.

This event is a BSA sanctioned ride, therefore the club may be responsible for any misdemeanours made by our members on this ride.
